What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?
All of our jewellery is meticulously crafted from 925 sterling silver and plated with rhodium for enhanced durability and shine. Our gemstones are made from the highest cubic zirconia grade available (5A), ensuring exceptional quality at an affordable price!
What's the best way to preserve my jewellery?
Please follow these tips to
protect and preserve the quality of your jewellery:
- Store your jewellery in soft pouches or inside its original case when you’re not wearing it.
- Wipe regularly with a soft cloth
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine or bleach
- Remove your jewellery before you take a bath, shower or wash your hands
How do I clean Cubic Zirconia jewellery?
To Clean Cubic Zirconia we recommend the following method:
- Mix warm water with mild dish detergent (one part detergent to two parts water)
- Dip the jewellery briefly to get it wet and then scrub your cubic zirconia with a wet, soft-bristle toothbrush.
- Rinse your cubic zirconia completely. It's important not to leave any soap residue on cubic zirconia.
- Use a clean cloth to gently dab the Cubic Zirconia dry. Keep dabbing until there is no moisture left on the Jewellery
How do I determine my ring size?
To measure your ring size, you can follow these steps:
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the base of the finger where you plan to wear the ring.
- Mark the point where the paper or string overlaps to form a complete circle.
- Measure the length of the paper or string from the starting point to the marked point with a ruler or measuring tape.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

How long does it take to receive my order?
What is your return policy?
We accept Refunds/Exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- All returned jewellery must arrive in its original condition, along with the original tags and packaging including the original jewellery box
Which jewellery cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for refund or exchange. All earring sales are final.
How do I return an Item?
If you require a refund/exchange please contact us through our Contact page or reply to your order dispatch e-mail stating your order number, full name and reason for return/exchange. Alternatively email us at contact@sacredjewels.co.uk
- If your refund/exchange is accepted, you will get a confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund/exchange will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns. Shipping costs are therefore non-refundable.
- Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
- Any returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you will be notified via an email. Refunds usually take 5–10 working days to show in your account. All refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase.
For international returns, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to process.
Are returns free?
We do not offer free returns at the moment. Please note, for returns, customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges
How can I exchange my product?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please let us know your order number, the item you wish to return, and which colour/size you want to exchange it for. We will then email you back with returns information.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping fees for exchanges or refunds. Additionally, the customer requesting an exchange will be responsible for covering the delivery fee of the new item which we will request via a PayPal invoice.
