Returns and Policy

What Is Your Refund/Exchange Policy? 

We accept Refunds/Exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All returns must be: 

  • Unworn 
  • Undamaged 
  • All returned jewellery must arrive in its original condition, along with the original tags and packaging including the original jewellery box  

Please note: 

  • Items received after 30 days will not be accepted.  
  • Your original shipping fee is not refundable. 
  • Should the returned item not meet the return guidelines, Sacred Jewels has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer. 

Which Jewellery Cannot Be Returned? 

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for refund or exchange. All earring sales are final. 

How To Return an Item? 

If you require a refund/exchange please contact us through our Contact page or reply to your order dispatch e-mail stating your order number, full name and reason for return/exchange. Alternatively email us at contact@sacredjewels.co.uk 

  • If your refund/exchange is accepted, you will get a confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send your package. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund/exchange will not be accepted.  
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns. Shipping costs are therefore non-refundable. 
  • Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 
  • Any returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer 

When Will I Get My Refund? 

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you will be notified via an email. Refunds usually take 5–10 working days to show in your account. All refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. 

For international returns, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to process. 

Are Returns Free

We do not offer free returns at the moment. Please note, for returns, customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges. 

How can I exchange my product? 

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please let us know your order number, the item you wish to return, and which colour/size you want to exchange for. We will then email you back with the returns form and returns address. We do not refund shipping fees for exchanges or refunds, and the delivery fee for the new exchange item must be paid for by the customer who will be sent a PayPal invoice requesting the amount. 

Posting your return/exchange

Please keep your proof of postage in case your parcel gets lost in transit. We recommend you choose a tracked service so that we can process your exchange faster.

If you are an international customer, please choose 'returned goods' in the customs form otherwise we are unable to accept the parcel. 

If you are a UK customer, please pay the correct postage otherwise Royal Mail will be unable to deliver your parcel, we advise you to visit the Post Office.

Parcels will be processed 1-5 working days of receiving the return/exchange. Please contact us if you have not received a notification within the processing timeframe with proof of postage to ensure a swift exchange or refund.

Faulty Item? 

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your product. Our customer service team would be happy to assist. Please email us directly at contact@sacredjewels.co.uk  before returning your item to us, or use our Contact Form so that we can resolve the issue for you. 

If you want to exchange for a different product entirely, you may need to pay the difference in RRP. 

Cancelling an Order 

Orders can be requested to be cancelled prior to being shipped out. Please note this request is not always possible if the order has already been shipped or the request is received after the shipment of the package.
